What is a Celebration Day?
Celebration Days are individual events hosted by winning businesses to celebrate that business' winners at the state, regional and national levels. It is an opportunity for the award-winning business to display their efforts to the local community including community leaders and customers, with a visit and tour of the business. The event usually includes a tour, food, a presentation of the award by the DuPont Sales Representative and various other activities to be determined by the operation.
What is benefit of hosting a Celebration Day event?
Celebration Days is a chance for the community to see and appreciate the efforts that go into being an environmental steward. Taking this opportunity is a great way to reach customers and community members with agriculture’s environmental message while gaining publicity for the award-winning operation.
When is a Celebration Day event held?
The winning business usually coordinates their celebration event along with their DuPont Sales Representative and the event can be held at any time the parties decide is best.
